Fire up the grill for for an easy corn on the cob recipe that pairs perfectly with any barbecue meal (like this burger that’s covered in mushrooms and onions). After pulling the ears off the grill, top them with some lime-flavored mayo, chili powder, and Parmesan cheese to add a zesty kick to this popular summer vegetable.

  • 2 ears fresh corn
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make It:

  1. Peel back the corn husks and remove the silk, then re-cover the ears with the husks and soak them in cold water for 10 minutes.
  2. Place the ears on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove the husks and grill for another 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the lime juice and mayonnaise together in a small bowl, then paint the ears of corn with the mixture and top with chili powder and Parmesan cheese.
